Customer Service

As a client of Sabatini's, you can expect "royal" treatment, including home or office visits, at your convenience.

Once in Mr. Sabatini's hands, you can relax and be assured that your experience will be a pleasant one, from beginning to end. He will assist you in your choice of fabric and style selections, using his years of expertise to help you choose the best suit for your needs, to give you the image you deserve.

If you would like to have a personal wardrobe assessment, Mr. Sabatini will gladly come to your home and help you go through your closet. During this visit, he will determine from what you already own, if the style and fit of your suits should be adjusted
and will assist you in coordinating ties, shirts, and shoes.

We do our best to make you a suit that you will be proud to wear. Because you will be receiving a custom made garment, the "artwork" of a tailor, you can expect your suit to be ready in about three to four weeks. Any special fitting needs or alterations will be taken care of, with our compliments, after delivery.

Ordering from a Distance

Fill out our On-Line Form , or If it is not convenient for you to meet with Mr. Sabatini, we'll be happy to serve you without seeing you in person. Here's how.

1. Give us your chest measurement that you normally wear (38, 40, 42..). Also, tell us what kind of fabric you would like us to send you. (summer weight, all-season, London stripes, solid colors, subtle stripes, etc.) We will immediately send you a style book and fabric swatch books.

2. Choose a jacket and trousers you already own that fit you well.
Try on your jacket and have someone take two photos of you, front and back. Stand normally straight and do not button the jacket. Sabatini has a precise experienced eye that can tell him what to do to make the jacket fit your physique perfectly. It would help more if you describe what changes you might need. For example, you might like your shirt cuffs to show 1/4" or 1/2". You might like a looser fit around the waist or the armhole to be larger. You might like to change the buttonhole position or to change the lapel width. If you're not fussy, you can leave the details up to Sabatini and you'll be fine. Send us the jacket, trousers, and photos along with the style book and fabric swatches, with your choices clearly marked.

3. Sabatini will take the measurements off your suit and/or slacks and send them back to you within a couple of days by Express Mail or UPS.

4. Sabatini accepts personal or certified checks. We do not accept credit cards. We will begin to work on your custom suit as soon as we receive your check.

5. Any new orders will be easier since we will keep your pattern on file. All you will need to do in the future is choose new fabrics or styles whenever you are ready for a new suit. With this method, little or no alterations will be needed.

Sabatini offers a lifetime guarantee on each custom suit. If you gain or lose 20 pounds, get a large hole in your jacket from a cigar burn, your pant leg gets caught in a car door and tears, be aware that Sabatini has a way to fix the damage. Because the fabric is a woven material, Sabatini can replace a panel or sleeve (with a minimal charge for fabric replacement). This guarantee does not include a change of style or fabric after your garment has been cut.
